This month's theme was Love. However, we were encouraged to highlight other 'loves' in our lives. Initially, I was planning to do a layout about my job of making chocolate. Well, that kinda fell through as I didn't get the photos I wanted for the layout. So, considering I was down to the wire, I decided to just do a layout about my youngest dog, Emma.
Emma and her mom, Gracie, came into our (mine and my husband's) life last summer. We had our little chahuahua, Vato, and a cat, Katie. We let Katie out one day, and she never came back. Vato and I moped for weeks. Hubby and I decided Vato needed a friend. We search online for a dog about Vato's size and age. We found Gracie at the ASPCA nearby. When I went to look at her, I discovered she was pair-bonded with Emma who was her daughter. I never found out why the two had to stick together, but I knew I had to take them home. We let Vato meet them, and once I saw they were a pretty good match, I adopted them! Our house has been crazy ever since!! I love my girls, and Vato LOVES having some dogs to play with.
This month, we want to share with you our LOVE for Elle's Studio, using her You & Me collection and showing how it inspired us. If you've never bought any products from Elle's Studio before, make sure you check out the shop here, where tags, stamps & new papers are total must haves! Elle is also joining us for the hop this month, and we could not be more excited to have her join us!
(My Elle's Studio products never arrived, so I used what love products I had on hand including Daniela Dobson's adorable heart cut file. Visit her blog to see all her freebies!)
Also, I apologize for the photos- I took them with my phone since I just finished this layout about 30 minutes ago!
Thank you for stopping by my blog! To continue on, please hop over to the talented Jenny's blog here! If you are lost and need to start over, go here!
We have an awesome prize pack from Elle's Studio You & Me collection to giveaway for hopping along with us today! You get an entry for every blog you comment on along the way! Winner will be announced Monday March 4th.
